Too much Screen Time

Hi guys! How have you been? 

Today I'm going to talk to you about "Too much Screen Time". I would like to know, How much time do you spend on the screen?

If I talk about me, I will say that I spend many hours on my phone, I know that it is wrong but is not like if you take out my phone I go crazy and all of that things, NO I don't do that, because I think that is already like an obsession, in fact, according to the WHO (World Health Organization) being addicted to any type of technology it is cataloged as a mental illness. So if you are realizing that you can't literally live without your phone, you should be careful because it is getting dangerous for your mental health. Now let's check on our generation if you can tell nowadays almost all teenagers (including me, in some aspects) they live their lives through their cell phones, and that is making that teenagers do not have any social life outside of their screens. 

If can find out between the time we advance the teenagers and some adults, I can even talk about the little ones we are going to be all robots in the future, it is kind of sad because our future generations might even lose the human part.

Now I'm going to compare myself with my grandfather and then me with my little sister.

Me v/s My Grandfather  

• When my grandpa is bored he watch movies on Netflix.
• When I'm bored I do the same thing or I sleep also I go into my phone.
• We both when we are in a family situation, pay attention to it, but few but very rarely I get very bored and I see my phone.
• In the technology part I know more than him, so every time I visit him, he asks me if I can help him with some things.

Me v/s My Little Sister

• When my sister gets bored she plays with her phone, but my mom is always trying to take her phone away and when I'm bored I go into my phone, I sleep or I watch Netflix.
• When we are in family reunions my sister gets bored all the time and she starts to play with her phone, but in my case, I always try to stay with my family.
• In conclusion, my sister has many toys but if she has the chance to play with her phone she does that.
